- Purchase 13,000 square feet of the HomeStar Bank Building in the Manhattan Station strip mall located at the intersection of Gougar and Sweedler Roads.
- Total bond amount of $3,500,000 which includes the purchase price, remodeling costs, equipment and furnishings.
