How it works:

  • Sign up for the lockers you want to use. You may only receive holds at one location.
    • Sign up to use smart lockers in MANHATTAN
    • Sign up to use smart lockers in ELWOOD
  • We will activate your service.
  • Place holds as you normally would.
  • You will receive a text or email when your items are ready for pickup.
  • Scan the QR code or enter the 5 digit code into the locker tablet.
  • The locker with your items will pop open.
