Mobile App

The library has a mobile app! You can use it to place holds, renew books, see upcoming events, and more.
  1. Search “Prairiecat Mobile” in the Apple or Google Play Store.
  2. Open the app and select “Manhattan-Elwood Public Library”
  3. Tap on “My Account” and then “Add a Library Card”
  4. Enter your 14-digit library card number and your PIN number (PIN is usually the last 4 digits of your card number)
  5. Repeat for any other members of your household.
